What I love about my job

It’s a joy to see that look of hope and excitement on the faces of my clients. It’s the same look I am sure that I had in my first lesson. Helping people understand why they are having difficulties with their dogs and teaching them how to communicate in a whole new way is so rewarding. I also love watching the dogs become calmer and happier when they truly understand what their humans want. This makes my day!

Why I became a dog trainer

I honestly thought in my very first lesson as a Bark Buster client that I would love to do this job. I saw the potential to combine my love of teaching with my love for dogs. I know this system works because I worked so well for my dachshunds – one of which has a major health condition made worse by excessive barking. Dogs with his condition are said to have an expected lifespan of 2 years. I am so proud that he will soon be 16 years old!
