What I love about my job

Over nearly two decades as a trainer, I have seen so many stressed families transform to enjoy wonderful and calm relationships with their dogs. Dogs are a real joy to have in our lives and sometimes they need a bit of extra help to get there. I am here to help create that space in a dog-friendly way, whether you have a young puppy or a mature dog.

Why I became a trainer

​​My love and respect for animals go back to my formative years on the family farm with all kinds of animals. My father was a breeder of German Shepherds and many of those dogs became police dogs. In my adult years, I found myself in the corporate world and not very happy. Then along came Bark Busters and for the first time, I could see the fruits of my efforts transform a dog right in front of me. It was so rewarding and I have been doing it ever since for my clients.
