Wow!!!! I can't believe the change in Shade already!! I really thought
that training this out of control dog (as per the Humane Society) was
going to be a huge headache. Although we still have a long way to go,
Shade is much easier to control and myself, my husband and my children
are much more relaxed around him, for he is much more relaxed too!!
Thank-you, thank-you, thank-you Tara for showing us how
a simple word like "bah!" and a little homework with a lot of
praise, can make such a difference.

We are very impressed with the professionalism of Tara and Bark Busters'
and the immediate improvement we observed (based on our past experiences
with other trainers we did not know what to expect, and did not believe
we would be so pleased with the training we received). Frankly, we were
concerned with spending the money for your Gold Service Guarantee. We
have a lot invested in our 5 year old German Shepherd and he is a great
member of our family, but with the dog aggression problem he has, and
various other minor issues, we had considered trying to find him another

We are absolutely amazed how well the training works - and in such a short
time (within hours). Who knew just a simple three letter word could solve
all of our problems and could take our dog from a dominant "psycho"
to a well behaved, attentive pooch (and she seems happier too)! Tara is
fantastic! Once she explained about canine behaviour and what we should
do... the rest fell into place. All dog owners should have this training!

Dear Paul - I had to write! We are in total amazement of Ginger. Our lives
have all changed sooooo much! On September 4th you came to us and spent
4 hours going over your program giving and showing us the techniques to
train Ginger. We witnessed a drastic improvement within those first hours
just by doing what you said. Now its been only one week and Ginger just
scored a 185 (B) on your Behaviour Assessment test! She was a 92 (F) last
week! She no longer jumps up at all. She no longer barks at anything!
And I mean anything! When someone comes to the door she looks at me and
I can see it in her eyes so badly she wants to run and bark but she just
doesn't..its absolutely unreal to see! She hasn't picked up one of the
children's toys since the day you were here, not one! She attempted to
run to the far corner of the yard and have a barking match with the dog
in the other yard--I used your technique and she ran back to me immediately!
I must have told her how good of a dog she was a hundred times and pet
her so hard she might be bruised! That was amazing! And of course the
off leash calling was a big concern for us because our daughter is so
scared of losing her. She has a panic attack every time we even open the
door. She thinks that Ginger will get away and get hit by a car (we live
in a court, lol). None the less she is terrified. Well the great news
is that Ginger has been off leash about three times now and is doing very
well. There were 8 children playing and I called her to me and she came
slowly but surely without hesitation. Squirrels and other loose dogs will
be the next challenge. She is so much more at ease now. We can really
see that she has relaxed and feels at home more now. We are the leaders
of the pack and she can just relax and be a part of the family now. Thank
you so much for helping us understand how dogs see the world and how we
have to see them. That in itself was so worth this amazing investment
into our dog. Since realizing that she doesn't have to be the leader she
hasn't peed in the house once or asked us to go out in the middle of the
night. She sleeps much better now and so do we. And this just happened
naturally we didn't do a thing. Another natural thing was her asking to
go outside more than a dozen times a day. Now she goes out only when we
do and she is happy as can be staying inside too. I tihnk her need to
protect us was making her feel like she had to go outside and check up
that things were ok all the time. Bark Busters trained you well and you

Mary provided the

The methods were very easy to understand. Nothing terribly
complicated, but it has been working! At first I found using the
word Baaaa to be quite funny, but I was willing to try whatever was necessary.
It was amazing how it worked. I now use it on my coworkers :) hahaha....
My dogs have both responded well. Sam is still a little traumatized, but
overall we are heading in the right direction. No more jumping, barking,
or bad behaviour. You addressed all of our issues thanks. I would absolutely
recommend the program to other people. Thank you so

Andrew was great with

She will need reinforcement because she likes to get her own way, but

Bark busters was an amazing help with our dog. After
just one visit I saw a significant improvement in my dogs behavior. I
even saw an improvement in his behavior with the more significant problems
that we were having with him- problems that other dog trainers had failed
to fix in the past. The results from Bark Busters far exceeded our expectations!!
