We're forever grateful for Graham's help with our dog's separation anxiety.
We've made INCREDIBLE progress since his first visit and finally know
how to address everyday situations in a way that can help his problem.
We can safely say that he is truly a changed dog.
He gave us the tools and the support that we always needed but couldn't
find. He is right there whenever we need him or have a question, a phone
call/email away, and it has proven to be very helpful in our situation.
We've noticed that our dog is happier and much more relaxed which, in
turn, is making us all very happy as a family. It's all we wanted, and
we're incredibly thankful that Bark Busters and Graham were able to provide
us with that.
I've said it over and over again, but calling Graham is honestly the
best thing we've done since we've adopted our dog :)
- Stephanie L.
My experience with Burk Busters is AMAZING!!! GREAT!!! My mother and I,
could not believe how a 3 hours session changed Benji's behaviour. We
are finally communicating the right way with him. He also stopped biting
us which was our worst nightmare and walking him is a pleasure now. All
of it thanks to Bark Busters but a bigger thanks goes to Graham Smith
who is a wonderful therapist. I have and will continue
recommending Bark Busters.
Again, thank you, merci, gracias, grazie - Silvia Di Lallo
I was skeptical but hopeful that Bark Busters training would help Chakra
become a calmer, happier dog. Within a couple of days of me training her
using the Bark Busters System she was a different dog! She stopped barking,
jumping, pacing, panting and her demeanor was so relaxed. I was of the
mindset that you can't teach an old dog new tricks but Graham Smith and
the Bark Busters system proved me wrong!
- Maureen O.
Graham was clear, kind, persistent, patient - all with a wonderful sense
of humour. He didn't let us get down on ourselves when we struggled to
"get it". His follow up was extremely important and I know that
his commitment to us and our dog is absolute. We have made great progress
and will be contacting Graham soon for reinforcement of our next steps...
Thanks for the miracle work you do.
- Judy F. - June 2010
I'm amazed and appreciative of the progress we've experienced with Barkbusters.
Graham just came back for a follow-up visit and gave us a few more pointers,
but Coco has responded so well that there wasn't really that much to discuss!
I've already recommended Barkbusters to my friends and family so I hope
they will contact you also. Thanks so much once again, we couldn't be
more pleased - Debbie P. - May 2010
Graham Smith was awsome. He spent allot of time making sure we understood
everything and took the time to answer every question we had. Bella is
like a new dog and i am working hard to keep her that way. Graham called
or emailed me everyday to see how she was doing. Overall it was a great
and eye opening experiance.
- Dean H. - May 2010
We found your techniques to be very useful. Graham was very clear and
precise which made things very easy to understand.
- Dan N. - May 2010
Graham Smith not only
a good trainer but a wonderful person. The passion he unfolds is contagious.
I've met not only a dog trainer but a friend. - Williamson D. - February

Graham Smith is a wonderful
therapist. He is very competent, honest, and he takes the time to answer
every single question. There were improvements in my dog's behavior as
soon as the day following his first visit. Thank you Graham! - Annie

Graham is very professionnal,
very patient and his availability is much appreciated when you have a
busy life ! my dog listens so much more now and its a great relief which
allows me to love her even more !!! - Marie G., Andre R. - January

Hi Graham,
Thank you very much for your understanding. Your support and your constant
encouragement helps me to persist.
With no less than 5 "supposed" dog experts in my neighbourhood,
I appreciate your support to help me stick to the best system.
Tocsine is a very special dog to me. She is cheerful, likes to play, is
very active and intelligent. I never want to terrify or bully her. Thanks
to you I know I'm going to have the best friend.
The 3 best decisions I made in 2009
1 - Buy Tocsin despite the objections of my surroundings
2 - Using your services as a trainer.
3 - Cancel my classes with the International Canine Center (I do not hesitate
to name them because I had clearly told them what I did not want to do
(be rough) but they did anyway.
- Madeleine B. - January 2010
Hello Graham,
I am writing to let you know the good news about the "alleged"
allergies of our dog Snoopy.
As you know, Snoopy has many intradermal allergy tests. Outside, it turned
out he was allergic to certain grasses, white oak, a variety of weeds,
mites and even to humans.
The symptoms were so severe even scratching (to the point of bleeding),
ear infections, fungi.
To mitigate the adverse symptoms, we had to administer injections every
two weeks.
Following our training, we implemented the recommendations, changed his
food and began the rehabilitation. Since then, the symptoms are almost
absent. We are just about totally controlling them without injections!
What a blessing for Snoopy (and for us!!!).
If he happens to scratch, we correct him and he stops. We clean his ears
regularly and this is sufficient to prevent ear infections.
Everything suggests that the allergies were due to Snoopy's anxiety of
being pack leader.
This has stopped since the establishment of your training program.
We appreciate your wise counsel and your constant availability!
- Marie France L. - January 2010
There was an instant
improvement in my dogs behavior. My trainer M.Graham Smith called me back
the next day to check how I was doing then he came for a follow up a week
later. Right now I am very pleased with the result and could not ask for
more. I think that just the dedication, life time guarantee and most of
all the result is what has made my meeting with Bark Busters a very satisfying
experience. I ThankYou Very Much. - Yolande L. - December 2009
It is very reassuring
to know that you are there to guide me and that it does not matter what
happens I will always have somebody help me. Your method is really brilliant.
I feel that each day my relation with my dog improves. This teaching will
be useful to me throughout my life. - Madeleine B. - December 2009
Hi Graham! Boy, what
a day we’ve had! As you know my dog WAS terrified of trucks and
loud noises. Today was the first snow storm in the street, there were
snow ploughs, garbage trucks, hydro trucks, postal trucks caught in the
snow...
My dog hardly noticed them! All it took was one correction this morning,
and no further sign of anxiety! - MartineD. - December 2009
Graham Smith is prompt
in replying to emails, and making himself available for another meeting
at our house. He then covers the material until it is absorbed by all.
He is funny and is making it a good challenge for the children. He is
attentive and professional.
- Nathalie M. - November 2009
Just goes to show you,
you should never listen to other people. They all said it would be impossible
to train her since Chanel was almost 8 years old. She no longer goes on
a barking mission when my doorbell rings. It is much more peaceful now.
My dog is perfect.
I have also switched dog food as per her trainer Graham. Chanel loves
her new food.
Thank you Graham! - Susan C. - November 2009
Polished, yet 'real'.
Real knowledge, concern, and connection! Congratulations!
- Lawrence S. - November 2009
The only thing I would
like to say is:
Thank you Graham... thank you very much... everybody is happy at home...
the dogs, my boyfriend and I. It's so easy now with Lola and Charly...
- Denise T. - October 2009
Hi Graham - We had
our first weekend away with the dogs and I wanted to tell you that they
have surprised everyone. They were calm, quiet and extremely well behaved.
They embarrassed the other dogs by how well they were acting. Things are
great. Everyone was amazed at their improvement. - Kristina H. - October

Hi Graham,
It was probably the best walk we ever had with the girlies! Misha did
the drain covers with nothing more than leaning in closer to my left leg.
We did encounter a dog who was not leashed and that annoyed me so I called
out to the man that I may not be able to control my "vicious"
dog, so he better leash him and Misha did pull me but not like before
and I was able to correct her back into position. Baguette walked nicely
with David, there haven't been any accidents in the house in days. They
love their crates and best of all there's hardly any barking! Tomorrow
we will work on their math skills.
- Lorry L. - October 2009
Hi Graham,
The dogs are good. They are adjusting. The following day was quite good,
minimal barking and relatively calm. And tonight we were able to walk
right by another dog with only one bark from toulouse. Pat corrected her
and she walked right by without another word.
Thanks! - Kristina H.- October 2009
Good morning Graham,
Just to let you know, last night, no problems at all!!! The walk went
great this morning, they listened perfectly. Tami did not even attempt
to go to the woman delivering the newspapers! Kachou came back from his
walk and did not even do his usual barking for his treat!
When I left, not a peep! Around 3 or 4 minutes later Tami barked and I
went in and corrected her.... Kachou did not move from the corner of the
bathroom.
I can tell you, I have not had a quiet morning like this EVER!!!!
Thanks for your input..... - Ann M - October 2009
Hi Graham,
Just want to let you know that Indiana is doing very well. He "tested"
me last night but stopped right away after a few patantes on the floor!
I bought the food... I never saw him eat like that before. Good thing,
he loves it! Litte Bear have cage only for travelling so it's around $300.
I will go shopping tonight and get one litte cheaper!
Thank you again for everything and I'll keep you posted!
- Sophie A. - October 1, 2009
Good morning Graham,
Indiana is doing well. Much much calmer.
We do have a new dog. He is soooo different !
Thanks again,
- Sophie A. - October 7, 2009
Graham – great
to meet and spend time with you last night. You have provided a wealth
of information that is going to allow us enjoy our dog MINZY a lot more.
She walked really well on the leash this morning. Thanks again! -

Hello Graham,
Hope you are well.
Its been a while since Ive given you an update on Maxie.
Well, you wouldn't think she is the same dog, as when I first brought
her home. She is obedient, she is the most playful, loveable, affectionate
pup that ever lived!
Thanks ,
Christina L. - Spetember 2009
To repeat today the
sentiment, Mr. Smith you are a god :)...I am loving this technique with
Nemo. He was good as gold after your visit . Mr. Nemo is fighting it today,
but really think this is the trick, finally, that will work. - Lillian
L. - September 2009
I spoke with 7 other
trainers and no one would take on Charlie's problems - they all told me
to find him a new home. Bark Busters has given me a new dog and I couldn't
be more pleased, and I get to keep my Charlie. Thank you so much Graham
- Elyssa C. - August, 2009
Bark Busters saved
me money: 200$ a month in dog walking services and 500$ in police tickets
for a barking dog. I am very happy that I chose Graham Smith as my trainer,
he not only trained my beautiful Maily but also trained me how to act
with my dog. Now when I see people having problems controlling their dog
on the street, while my dog stays quietly behind me, I tell them about
Bark Busters. - Marie L. - August 2009
Hi Graham! I know you
were just here yesterday to see Shotsy, But ever since you left he has
been an angel! He growls when I do the knocking on the door or wall but
once he is corrected, he stops. He does not bolt of out of his cage anymore
and when I do open his cage, I walk away and he remains laying down. I
will walk half way down the hallway, ask him to come to me. He comes,
I get up walk away. walk up and down the hall and he doesnt move. Did
I mention walking went very well today?
And he loves his new food that I got him today. Thank you Graham!
Jennifer Scully - August 2009
Hi
Thank you for helping me and my dog to understand each other.
He was perfect yesterday afternoon when I took him out; we walked exactly
how we learned.
He is a goog boy.
Tks/Nadia
Dear Graham,
Oh how you must hear this often. we are SO amazed at how much London's
changed. In the best possible way of course. Just to give you an example,
tonight, we ordered out because we are renovating the appartment. So the
house is prety much a mess and all the furniture is everywhere, but our
little one still finds a spot right by us, so he doesn't feel left out
of course :). Anyhow, in this mess the pizza guy came to the door (which
was wide open at all times by the way) and I made one small correction
and he didn't move an inch out of the position he was in. And not just
for a minute, for the whole time we ate sitting right by him on the floor.
We still have a little room for improvement on the walks, but everyday
is another day and another learning one for both of us. (all three I should
say). Take care
- Vanessa L.- August 2009
Graham was amazing.
You should write about him to Oprah!!!! She loves dogs... Graham is always
there to help, answers my calls and emails promptly. I know I can count
on him if ever there's a problem. - Joelle B. - aUG 2009
Hi Graham,
Great news! My sweet little Mika, who used to be so nervous and destructive
when left alone, has succeeded at being left alone OUTSIDE of her kennel
for the whole day while I'm at work. With no destruction! It's been just
over a week of this, but I'm confident that this is a new beginning for
her (and me).
So thank you very much for helping us. The Barkbuster training, and your
patience and reassurance when things didn't go exactly as I'd hoped, surely
contributed to this progress.
I hope everything is well with you.
Cheers,
- Jenn C. - July 2009
Hi Graham,
I just needed to tell someone who would understand my news! I think Bailey
has finally come over the hill. I know the process goes in waves, but
i feel we have been tackling some major hurdles!
1) The doorbell is not interesting to either dog anymore. Actually when
the bell goes or they hear knocking they go to their bed or stay in a
room away from the door. In addition, Bailey is really understanding the
idea of 'leave me alone until I ask you to come'. I have had a few visitors
that Bailey is usually a bit skidish with and she was an angel. She was
having fun with the visitors and not displaying any of her 'mistrust signs'.
2) This morning i was walking the two pups together in my back yard (because
I was running short on time) and we heard a loud noise that startled me
too.
Ordinarily this would have shocked Bailey enough to jump then start an
incident between the two of them. BUT instead she jumped then looked up
at me. I am so happy with this because it seemed like looking at me was
a reaction to her fear, rather than the norm of her attack reaction. I
am hoping that this means she is internalizing trust for me to protect
her.
3) we had a wonderful walk where we saw multiple dogs, children, people,
bikes, baby buggies, and loud trucks. AND we had absolutely NO instances
'!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had half the leash dangling and used it to correct her 'interests'.
Perhaps the most amazing thing is that her interest was simply looking
in the direction of 'not me'. There was no chest thrusting, pulling, growling,
dancing, etc. I do realize that I was on the opposite side of the street
than the other dogs, but the lack of interest is motivating!

Extremely satisfied
with Graham and although it has only been (2) weeks I am starting to see
an improvement with Mandy. I know it will take some time as she is three
years old and stubborn as hell. Overall extremely satisified. - Patricia

Graham is great to
work with. He explains everything clearly, follows-up regularly and goes
the extra mile to help. I will definitely recommend him. - Carrie

My dog has made amazing
improvements! It's only been a couple weeks, but she's quiet, calm, and
has stopped chewing everything. She stopped barking in the crate, and
I can finally sleep all night! Today she let a crowd of kids pet her without
jumping on them (a feat, since she's only 5 months old and loves to jump
every time she gets excited). I'm expecting great improvements when we
walk on the leash as she gets a bit older. Graham is really friendly and
makes me feel comfortable with him. I know that I can come to him with
any problems along the way. - Andrea S. - June 2009
Graham was outstanding
with the instructions and knowledge. A definete recommend program.

Merci beaucoup - Madeleine C. -

Hi Graham,
Life with Lola is sooo much better. The improvement is quite remarkable.
Speak soon,

Hi Graham,
The techniques that you taught us have proven to be quite effective. Carly
no longer chews on the baseboards or furniture and she has calmed down
very much. She sits with us for extended periods of time and allows us
to pet her and cuddle with her. She and T-bone play together almost always
however they sometimes still seem to get a little nasty with each other...we
always intervene at that point and it seems to jolt them back to good
doggie behaviour.
All in all we are very happy .
Take care

HI Graham,
I can't thank you enough for what you have done for Me and Jett... It
is amazing.. I also just recommended you to a man I was talking to at
the coffee shop.. he has a 10 month old Great Dane, he said he was going
to call you, since he saw how Jett was jumping up and gone mad yesterday,
and today he saw such a difference..
Thanks, - Nicola N. - January 2009

I recently purchased an adorable shitzu pup named Lucy. I have owned 2
dogs before but was never a dog’s master, nor did I train it. Once
I brought Lucy home I immediately inquired as to the Bark Busters services.
I am very familiar with the brand as I have spent the past 20 years in
the franchise industry, and have seen your concept.
As a former franchisor myself I know that a lot of what you hear about
franchisees is complaints, so I thought you might like to read some praise.
I was incredibly fortunate to fall into Graham Smith’s territory
and must tell you he is outstanding! Graham gives me all the attention
I need and in a very timely manner. He is always eager to assist and has
been invaluable in helping me to get Lucy and our family on the right
foot and QUICK! He has tons of suggestions and the world
of patience. He is an absolute pleasure to work with. I will highly recommend
him (and the brand) to others for sure. Graham is very sincere and genuinely
interested in the welfare of his furry clients (and their neurotic owners!).
He executes his training professionally and in my opinion is a superb
goodwill ambassador for your brand. Please feel free to post this testimonial
on your or Graham’s web page.
Wishing you continued success!
Sincerely
Lori - Jan 2009
Hey Graham - I thought
I'd give you a quick update on how great the training has been.
Both my chihuahuas are behaving spectacularly. I'm not letting them get
away with anything and it's paying off. I feel they're even more affectionate
now that they know I'm the big dog of the house.
I got my girlfriend to start and use the system to correct the dogs and
they're responding very quickly to her dominance as well. Thanks again,
I had a lot of fun - Nic D. - December 2008
Hi!
Tonite, I decided to try taking Charlie out for a walk armed with my new
knowledge and our magic collar. I know you had suggested training inside,
but with everyone around in the busy household, I decided to try outside.
Unbelievably, he did end up getting it!!! I figured out the movement so
I was not lifting him up, and we went a couple of blocks with him right
by side... Amazing! Not *once* since I've had him was I walking next to
or ahead of him...
Thanks again for your help, more updates later. - Michelle S. - December

Hi Graham,
Yesterday was absolutely amazing...we are forever grateful! T-Bone has
definitely given up the role of pack leader.

Good Morning Graham
well good news Ali is still behaving, He has challenged me a couple of
times and I won !!! he has still been extremely calm. the real test was
was when my ex husband arrived with Lori..Ali loves him and goes nuts
when he sees him..this time he just sat and looked at him
I was amazed.
thanks so much

Hello Graham
I just want to start by thanking you for your generosity because although
you are still in a business I feel like you are truly helping to make
my life better. I love buttercup very much and I thought I would never
be able to afford the kind of service you are giving me, which is very
invaluable. As a student I am sure you understand this is a sacrifice
for me for my dog but i love him so much and I am willing to make it.
Thank you again
As to how things are going. Buttercup is a totally new dog. He is respecting
and waiting on me when I walk through the door ( not perfectly but he
is getting there)and it is good feeling . I am walking him as best as
I can . He still makes mistakes to go in front of me sometimes but I deal
with it right away .
Have a good day -Neressa N. - November 2008
Hi!!!
I have been meaning to write you. Everyday during our evening walk, I
think about writing you and by the time I get home, I always forget!
Bea is doing great. She has made ALOT of progress since we got started.
Our walks can go for as long as we want (generally), which is usually
about 1 hour to 1.5. hours at a time. We are still making corrections
on each walk, but they are certainly becoming fewer and fewer. She is
looking at us all the time, and now if i sneeze or make some other funny
sound during the walk, she will look at me with a concerned (or confused
look) - whereas before, she wouldn't have even flinched!
The squirrels are going well - we are definetly making progress there.
She still gets excited, but now manages to walk perfectly beside us while
having her ears perked.
I have even met a few people on the street who stop and stare and say
"oh my god! look - that beagle isn't pulling!!!" , which is
so great, but of course, as soon as they say it and give her attention,
she gets so excited and goes wacko.
She had a few really hilarious attempts at maniuplating the system which
really make us realize how smart she is - and also, how independent and
stubborn she is - but she is a beagle after all! She has been making us
laugh alot more, instead of making us cry!
All in all, she is doing great. While we have certainly made LOTS AND
LOTS of progress, she still hasn't given up!
We have been maintaining all rules at home - she is now banned from
the kitchen as well and respects the rule!
I am so thankful we worked with you and Barb. I need to take a video
of Bea's walking and send it to you! Thank you for allowing us to have
a normal, healthy, and rewarding relationship with our Bea!

Hello Graham
A positive note to tell you that on this fine sunday afternoon my well
behaved dog got loose. The first since our meeting. My oldest had a couple
of friends over in the back yard one forgets to close the door leading
to the garage. So dog get's loose, I get into my car and drive not two
houses away and Caisey is slowly walking away. I park the car take out
the leash –say the magic word - he stops only for a second. then
I call him the way you showed me and….
He came right to me in a fast walk...
It's like he only gave it a split second thought and then he came. I was
so shocked and happy and proud of him and me.
When I came back only minutes after I left my husband was shocked to see
the dog with me on the leash. He asked as a matter of fact what happend??
I told him I did what you told me, like I have been practicing at home
and he came......my husband said " I'm stunned it's really working"
then my dear hubbie told me i was really doing a great job with the dog.
So Graham I really needed to share this with you.....all the past year
and a half of watching this dog run away then not come to me when i called
him was eating me up. I love my dog more and more everyday now. Today
what I thought was the impossible to achieve yet anyhow..... happened......
I know I still have more work to do and I'm by no means finished but it's
a good start I think.
Have a great day Graham, may I say to you that aside from my hubbie and
father....you are the next best man to have entered my life.........
Have a great day!
Laurie
Hello Mr. Smith
Well.... ma master and I was just thinking what a day we had on monday...here
I am just a dog again and Laurie, as you call her is certainly actin'
like the leader of the pack you taught her to become... in a very short
time.....thanks there Graham! No more sofas for me, she even got me to
sleep in the crate, I know she din't want to....it's kinda her soft spot
but holding true to my nature yes I whined, and even let out a bark, She
came down the stairs and out of her mouth was this sound..like the ones
you were making and having her do that day. So....I gave in pretty quickly.
Since then I gotta say I have been a pretty good doggie, keepin' out of
her way actually, no beds, no sofas,. I duno it's like she's the same
but real different. We have been taking our walks even twice a day..that's
great. She keeps doin' this back and forth thing, walks ahead and then
stops. Hhhhhmm! whatever is going on she's working at it. She even sings
during our walks now and keeps saying "it was the best money I ever
spent....la la da da..." What is she talking about.....aaahh! well
I love her anyway even if she's flipped out a little...funny thing is
I think it will be ok.
Love ma new food though... and the egg,
Well we just wanted to say thank you...we enjoyed your visit ( ok she
made me write that) Me, well I'm still a little freaked out but commin'
around. She wants me to tell you she will continue to work hard at it
and that if she ever needs your help again or needs to talk to you that
she will ( well youppi for that one right!) Ok....well she also wants
me to tell you that she really loves me and that is what it's all about.
Aaaaa! I'm the lucky one!
Good day Mr. Graham, I need ma doggie sleep. And aaah! take care.
Your's truely Caisey and Laurie - October 2008

are doing better!!! I see a great improvement in their behaviour so I'm
glad. I just have to do my homework!!! Thank you for your help.

Hi Graham - Well, it's
been a week since we saw you and I can't begin to tell you how thrilled
we are. We have had an occasional slip up, but the three "boys"
are becoming a pleasure to live with! - Anyways, just wanted to update
and THANK YOU again!!!
- Cindy - July 2008
I've been ranting and
raving about your service all weekend to everyone I know! One friend said
she couldn't believe that Mika was walking behind me everywhere and not
chasing after other dogs. I've also been doing the practice session with
her and it seems that everything is on track.
While speaking to my sister-in-law about your 'magic making' with Mika,
I suggested her parents consider trying your service. They are in their
mid-late sixties and have a hyperactive/destructive toy poodle, ironically
named Magic. They've had poodles before but this one is proving to be
a real challenge. The last time I asked them about Magic, their faces
turned sad and they pretty much refused to talk about it. I've understood
that the dog's barking prevents her mother from talking on the phone and
that they are reluctant to have guests over because of the disruption.
They have taken the dog to obedience classes which he promptly failed
and I believe they have lost the will to fight with the dog any longer.
Her father is very attached to him but they don't think anything will
work to change his behaviour.
After speaking with my sister-in-law about how incredible Bark Busters
and your training is, she is determined to convince them to accept a BB
gift from her for their anniversary. Because of my glowing review of your
very personal approach and demeanor, she has asked me to see whether you
can do the training,
Again, thank you for all your help. - Jenn & Mika - June 2008
As I am sitting on
my back porch with toscane passed out under my chair I just realised that
I forgot something really important in my voice maii earlier- thank you
for making last night a unbelievable experience. - You are a gifted communicator
and your passion is contagious. You are a very rich man my friend, the
right kind of richness. Carpe diem. - Alain B. - June 2008
Thank you so much Graham.
It was really nice meeting you! We have been practicing the door bell
exercise and taken them out for several walks already. Your system is
great and i am confident that Pixie and Rosco will soon become model pets!

Good morning Graham
- Last night, Prada didn't appear to have any issues with the separation
anxiety. We did some fake exits and she stayed in her cage quietly until
we went to get her out. Also, we went to Little Bear to get the new food
and we caged her since our roommates were out also. It went fine when
we left, and when we returned we could hear her whimpering a little in
her cage before we let her out but she didn't bark or anything. - We also
did some exercises with buzzing and knocking, and she didn't bark at all.
When we practiced answering the door we needed to correct her with the
pillows the first time but afterwards she was fine. So far so good!

Hi Graham! - Just a
little update. Bauer is doing VERY well. He’s a changed dog. Still
a bit excited when people come over or ring the door bell, but we are
still working on that. It’s much better in the yard also and on
walks, it’s actually pleasant! He sleeps in his crate now and spends
his time there when we are out. We don’t even have to say anything,
we open the door to the basement and he goes down on his own...wow! AGAIN:
THANK YOU!!!
- Veronique F. - May 2008
Hi Graham! - Just a
little word from Olivier and I to thank you for coming yesterday. You
must get a lot of people telling you how amazing your work is with their
dogs but yesterday your work was amazing with us humans! We had slowly
given up as we lost battles one at a time, up to a point where we were
too discouraged to really put in the effort. - After your visit, Oli and
I were back on track! No more horsin' around. We have our confidence back
up and we're applying what we already knew but just forgot a little. We
should have called before! - This morning I walked Tsuki and the happiness
of doing so was back! We passed by two dogs and things went smoothly!
She was a little interested in the dog but as soon as I backed up, she
was caught in the dilemma of either keep looking at the dog or follow
me. She chose to follow me! - Thank you SO much! - Marie-Christine

Hi Graham - Thanks
so much for your help. So far, Jasper is doing great. At first the walking
was tough as he hates the rain to begin with so he didn't want to walk
at all, but today, walking was really easy. It was amazing: the dog that
Jasper hates the most walked by this evening and Jasper looked up but
did not make a sound. He went right back to his blanket. We will continue
doing the exercises. Thanks again for your time.

Hi Graham - Unbelievable
change in Whisky, He is so much calmer. Not jumping, not chasing cars.
Barking is almost 0. Tks-Again. - Paul and Marie S. - April 2008
Thankyou! It was great
learning from you, it is unbelievable the difference in Whisky. We are
on top of him, but already we are finding him to be much calmer. I can`t
wait to see the difference when his diet is completely changed over. Will
keep in touch and thanks again.

Good morning Graham
- I was so happy about our meeting and positive outcome with Kyla, You
are the GREATEST DOG TRAINER. If I tell you I'm anxious to get home to
her and work together how does that sound ! SHE WAS AWESOME LAST NIGHT
AND THIS MORNING. Graham I cannot thank you enough - with you now in our
lives, I feel she will be around for so many wonderful years to come and
have a wonderful stress free life she deserves . GOD BLESS YOU ! Have
a great day - Joanne B. - April 2008
Hi Graham - Captain
is doing extremely well. We’ve been leaving him at home during the
day, and it’s going very well. We record him while we’re out,
so at first he was whimpering for about 5-10 minutes about 5 minutes after
we’d left, but very quietly, and not barking. Recently, he seems
to be staying quiet from the get-go. So I think the training is a huge
success!... So thank you very much for all of your help and guidance.
I think that Captain is a much happier dog and Jean-Laurent and I (and
our neighbours) are definitely ecstatic! Thank you!!!
- Karin S. - March 2008
Hi Graham - Ellie-Mae
is doing very well. She has been behaving sooo well since the training.
We see a huge difference in other dogs around here minus the training.
She has eliminated all bad habits such as the digging, biting the pant
leg, and wining and jumping up for food. She's Happy!!! - Tracy S.

Hi
Graham - Fern left the house (we set up a tape recorder) and not a peep
came out of her all day!!! He just whimpered a bit upon his return,
that was immediately corrected and all I can say is success!!!
I tell you I could get up and dance right now I'm so happy.
So I will definitely keep you posted. YAYY!! - Marie-Isabelle C.

Hi Graham
- I have very good news! This weekend, we left Captain alone for about
4 hours on Saturday night with no barking and on Sunday morning (which
I was a bit worried about since it was the morning) for about 4 hours
with great success! He really loves his den put him in there with his
kong, marrow bone and chew toys and he’s in his glory. Tomorrow
we’re going to try to leave him at home during the day….I’ll
let you know how it goes!
- Karin S. - March 2008
Thanks
Graham - Oreo was a perfect little angel last night! Unbelievable! He
let out a little growl and I threw the training pillow and he shut right
up immediately! He didn't bark at all this morning and slept beside
me all night!! He is like a whole new dog. Thank you sooo much for all
of your help - fabulous! - Tara F. - March 2008
Hi Graham
- Last night, we left Captain alone for the first time with success!
I put him in his cage when we got home then I turned on the TV and got
ready to go out. JL and I left we filmed Captain while we were gone
and he didn’t stir. - Karin S. - March 2008
This
morning I could already see a difference in Zaki's attitude, he definitely
stopped biting my hands and has not barked since you left yesterday
! What a great experience to know how to go about dealing with your
dog's obedience and see great results. I had to give my boyfriend a
crash course this morning since he's at home most of the day with Zaki,
I called home not too long ago and Zaki is really responding well to
him as well. Thanks for all your help and I'm really looking forward
to the next few weeks to see Zaki's progress !
- Mikaelle Couillard - Feb 2008
Dear
Graham: Just a note to say that I am so very grateful to you, this is
quite an achievement. Hope that all is well and that you get to help
other owners and that they are as happy as I am. - Linda W. - Feb

Good
afternoon Graham - I am a believer! It really works! This morning Jocelyne
opened the cage like you taught us and used BAH only once and Maggie
followed her out of the room. Another BAH and Maggie followed her down
the stairs . At breakfast, after a few BAH's Maggie returned to her
pillow.
Thanks for calling to check on us - it was great meeting you and I look
forward to participating in this adventure with Maggie. - David

Graham
- Things continue to go well with Oz. Guests come over and marvel in
what a wonderful dog he has become. My dad says kudos to the guy who
got his crazy grand-son to listen! Thanks again for your support and
I promise to keep you updated!! Take care,
- Cindy S. - Jan 2008
Hello
Graham - Walking Tsuki is fantastic, the other day Olivier almost had
tears in his eyes while he was walking her – he could not believe
the difference – that she walks so well. We walk past other dogs
and people and she won’t even look at them….it’s marvelous!
She is also eating all of her food now – that’s super.
Have a good night and thanks.
- Marie-Christine - December 2007
Rusty is doing really
great! he listens so unbelievably well now, and hasn't had
an "Accident" in the house in weeks! He loves the marrow bones,
and they occupy him for hrs (which is nice). We celebrated his 1st bday
the other day. Generally a lot of improvement!
- Pamela B. - Dec 2007
Graham - Thank you
for your many follow up phone calls.I think I would have given up trying
to change Daisy's lunging and pulling me down when snow trucks, certain
people and dogs and just about anything unpredictable happened. We love
our dog and want a respectful relationship with her-we also want to
have fun!
I really appreciated your seeking out the source of our concern (the
snow removable crews) and spending over 3.5 hours walking back and forth
with her ,showing me how to use Bark Buster techniques to stop the unwanted
behavior. We are definitely making progress. I never thought I would
search out snow trucks on my own to practice! I do have more confidence
when I walk Daisy and I am beginning to believe that I can actually
have fun and non-anxious walks in the not too distant future.
Thank you Bark Busters(Graham!) - Elaine and Barry S. - Dec 2007
Hi !- It’s
been a couple of weeks (maybe even a month?) since our training, and
I just wanted to let you know that we are really glad we got in touch
with you! Bruno and I both feel that it was well worth the time and
money, and we have a super puppy who listens - well, who would have
thought ?!?! Thanks again Graham! Take care. - Janice M. - Nov 2007
Hi Graham - Just
a note to say thanks a million. Tess actually waited for me to exit
the kitchen door before going out this am !!! ... Tess was about to
bark this am on the deck but as soon as I baaaaaa......her she stopped
!!............
Thanks again......... - Christine P. - Oct 2007
Graham, Thank you
so much, we have new dogs!!! Your training has made a HUGE difference
already. - Denise P. - Oct 2007
Thank you!!!! Kodi's
behavior has improved 100%! I was able to leave him alone in the house
today for 2 hours... and he didn't bark once, didn't touch the blankets
at all, and best of all was clean in his cage... - Tania G. - Sept
2007
Hi Graham, I am so
happy to tell you that Austin is amazing! His training has stuck. He
was brilliant yesterday and not just with me, but with Marie as well.
I laugh because when he’s around me and walking around me, you’d
think he was in the army! Yeah Baby - I’m in charge now! I love
this feeling of power – if only over a dog. - Kathy D'A.
- Aug 2007
Graham, it was a
wonderful day for me... It was miraculous. Thanks for taking so much
time with us... - Dianne H. - Aug 2007
Your program may
have saved a dog's life. I got my girl when she was 7 weeks old. She
has since destroyed my sofa, ate my telephone wires, destroyed plants
and numerous other stuff. I have had dogs all my life, but never one
like this. She is now 4 years old. I sent her away to be trained for
2 months when she was about 2 years old. She started having a problem
with small dogs. It didn't work. However, after 1 evening session with
bark busters, I have the dog I have always wanted. She is wonderful.
Walks are enjoyable instead of stressful. My tendonitis is healing.
There are still a few kinks to work out, but I am enjoying my dog instead
of thinking about who I could get to take her. Thank you so much.
- Belinda B. - July 2007
Thank-you for everything
you’ve done for my dog. She is such a pleasure to walk now. You
are a miracle worker! Who needs the dog whisperer when Bark Busters
is so good!
- Kim O. - July 2007
Thank you so much
for helping me have the dog that I always wanted. I always knew there
was something really special in Kayla and you showed me how to bring
it out.
- Belinda B. - July 2007
This was a powerfully
educational experience for my husband and myself. We are feeling more
confident in being proactive and managing a healthy relationship with
our dog. It teaches us to maintain a balance of leadership that was
desperately needed.
