Bill was outstanding and went well above and beyond the call of duty. Due to the unfortuate and tragic death of our son we inherited a bull mastiff pup who appeared to be also in state of shock. Bill responded to our call for help without hesitation and provided clear and precise instructions during the session.

I own a 9 month old english bulldog, and I was told that they are the most stubborn dogs ever. After a couple of months with him I realized that they were right. He never listened to me, I thought he had aggression issues and I was at the point where I need to fix the problem or he goes. Hi Bill - Thought you might enjoy a few pictures of my now-almost-normal dog Daisy! These were taken at the cottage (note the absence of leash and muzzle) She is well on her way to becoming a well behaved girl. She is listening really well to both me and my husband, and generally walks right next to me on the leash. She almost never lunges any more - in fact the only time she does is when she is lunged at first, and even then it's nothing like it used to be - she calms down within seconds and we continue along. I get comments almost daily from neighbours and other dog walkers - no one can believe she is the same dog that terrorized the neighbourhood last spring.

You can most definitely count this as one of your success stories!

I can't thank Bill enough. I got Mama when she was 5 months old, already almost full grown black lab. She had changed 3 houses before she came to me and her being my first dog, I did what other people would tell me to control her but it never worked. I even join a trainign class with Mama which lasted 9 weeks and then I was on my own. I went on-line and heard about Bark Busters but then I was recommended by Global Foods by my house. I consider my dog, Chevy, to be a great dog. I did so from the beginning...
Only now, she doesn't eat my house, elminate on my beige carpets, eat my shoes/clothing/bath products, nor does she scratch the ever loving heck out of my door to get out.
I might also add, that she no longer follows me around making me fall over (she is a large breed). Dogs are a great additon to a home if your not ignorant. I'm ashamed to say I used to believe that all her "quirks" were "cute".

Now, I know that I was the cause of stress and anxiety for her, putting the title of "leader" on her shoulders.

Not only do I own my home again, not spend 2 hours a day undoing what I'd caused her to do, but I can walk my gorgeous pup with confidence and feel proud when I see other owners look at me and need to turn away because my "big bad dog" is behaving well, and their little *insert your favorite mini designer breed here* is acting like it is a T-Rex.

I also save a nice chunk of change on treats since I don't have to rely on them to make my dog respect or listen to me. Ok maybe once in a while, cause she is REALLY cute. She still has some cute "quirks" but this time they really are just little hitngs she just does. As they are non-destructive I don't worry. (I guess the tub is a great place to lie after I take a shower= its warm and cozy)

All in all, the "training" I felt was almost most bebeficial to me. Its funny how BarkBusters will actually seep into your everyday life. No I don't "BAH" my boss or people on the street, but I do feel more calm, assertive and I can let things roll off my back MUCH faster then before.

BB (Before Bill) a few years back with my other dogs, I realize that I was never really in control. I sure am now.

My experience with Bark Busters and Bill was the best thing I have ever done for myself and my dog's! It all started when I had to appear in court, as I was being charged with "persistent noise and barking" by the city of Mississauga (up to a maximum fine of $5000) resulting from leaving my 2 dogs unattended in the backyard of my own home. As a dog owner and lover, I found it hard to believe that my two German Pointers were the cause of this situation in which they were unfortunately upsetting my neighbors. I never thought my dogs were untrained as I thought I was doing a pretty good job with them. The reality was, they were only listening when they wanted to! After appearing in court, I had the opportunity to try to improve the situation myself. I have seen many dog's attend multiple dog training courses, but the results in my opinion were unsatisfactory. I knew I had to find something different! I researched on line and when I came across Bark Busters..I was rather impressed with their experience and approach. I contacted Bill, explained my situation and decided to take the chance. I met with Bill a couple days after our phone conversation and after our first training session, I was astounded at the immediate results of this program. To say the least, no training is ever easy if you want results, but these were immediate and all they required was a little bit of time with my dog's each day. My dog's - Maxine and Shooter became like two different dogs, they weren't just listening when they wanted to, they knew from that point on, that I was the boss and the changes were just remarkable. My dogs have since stopped barking, even to the point that my charges were dropped and have even improved in many other areas. They aren't pulling on the leash when we go for a walk, no matter how excited and thankfully have even learned to not eat my belonging's. Maxine and Shooter have become the most wonderful dog's I am proud to say I have trained them with Bark Busters.
