From the moment of contact, Sheri was very thorough and descriptive in terms of what the expectations/interactions of all parties would be of eachother - trainer, owner and dog. She was very clear and concise in her training techniques and really ensured that the training was hands on between us as owners and our dogs. Working with a team of four can't be as easy as it seemed! After the inital meeting, the level of serviced remianed very high as she was amenable and available to come back for a few more shorter sessions to ensure positive progress and to assure us that our consistency was paying off.
