I have recommended Paul and Bark Busters to 5 more people and given them a brochure or a card. I even told my vet's office about my training. My friends and family are so impressed with my "new" dog's behaviour. I knew I was doing something wrong and Paul Mander has taught me how to gain and keep control of Heidi.

I had stopped bringing Heidi with me visiting friends or going into stores (pet stores), and many other places that situations could arise. Now she goes to those places and many more. I love her so much and now I feel confident to have her with me while doing social activities.

I can't thank Bark Busters enough. Paul has been back to do a follow-up on two issues (not major) and continues to keep in touch. This is the best customer service policy that I've experienced in a long time. I'm completely satisfied with my Bark Busters experience!

i have to say that the change in Nellie has been incredible. going for walks is so much easier now. others have even noticed how much more calm she is. although she still gets excited when others come over to the house... everyone forgets to call to say they are approaching. thankfully it is easy to gain control of her (and i don't believe i ever had any control over her before!).” - George D. - May 2009

My problem was a food aggressive dog and I felt sure I was spending the money for a lost cause. Within 2 hours I felt comfortable with my dog while she was eating. It works! I also had another couple of issues dealt with. It is actually very easy to do and well worth the cost.

I have Beagle & Keeshon. Unable to walk my dogs together,barkng,just the over all behaviour I was ready to get rid of them..When Paul from Bark Busters came WOW the first day I realized that my dogs can behave. Dear Paul - I had to write! We are in total amazement of Ginger. Our lives have all changed sooooo much! On September 4th you came to us and spent 4 hours going over your program giving and showing us the techniques to train Ginger. We witnessed a drastic improvement within those first hours just by doing what you said. Now its been only one week and Ginger just scored a 185 (B) on your Behaviour Assessment test! She was a 92 (F) last week! She no longer jumps up at all. She no longer barks at anything! And I mean anything! When someone comes to the door she looks at me and I can see it in her eyes so badly she wants to run and bark but she just doesn't..its absolutely unreal to see! She hasn't picked up one of the children's toys since the day you were here, not one! She attempted to run to the far corner of the yard and have a barking match with the dog in the other yard--I used your technique and she ran back to me immediately! I must have told her how good of a dog she was a hundred times and pet her so hard she might be bruised! That was amazing! And of course the off leash calling was a big concern for us because our daughter is so scared of losing her. She has a panic attack every time we even open the door. She thinks that Ginger will get away and get hit by a car (we live in a court, lol). None the less she is terrified. Well the great news is that Ginger has been off leash about three times now and is doing very well. There were 8 children playing and I called her to me and she came slowly but surely without hesitation. Squirrels and other loose dogs will be the next challenge. She is so much more at ease now. We can really see that she has relaxed and feels at home more now. We are the leaders of the pack and she can just relax and be a part of the family now. Thank you so much for helping us understand how dogs see the world and how we have to see them. That in itself was so worth this amazing investment into our dog. Since realizing that she doesn't have to be the leader she hasn't peed in the house once or asked us to go out in the middle of the night. She sleeps much better now and so do we. And this just happened naturally we didn't do a thing. Another natural thing was her asking to go outside more than a dozen times a day. Now she goes out only when we do and she is happy as can be staying inside too. I tihnk her need to protect us was making her feel like she had to go outside and check up that things were ok all the time. Bark Busters trained you well and you trained us well. Way to go! - Kim W.
